We are coordinating with the Wood County Red Cross to provide grocery assistance to those affected by the tornado. In the coming weeks, our Mobile Pantry will be on the road, visiting the communities affected and delivering groceries to those in need. If you can donate some grocery items, please drop them off to our pantry inside of New Harvest Christian Church at 3540 Seaman Road in Oregon. Drop off times:
-Friday, June 11 – 4pm to 8pm
-Saturday, June 12- 11am to 2pm (?)
-Monday-Thursday, 9am to 2pm
Helpful items include:
-Boxed Cereal
-Soups
-Items that provide protein, fiber, and other good nutrients

Once we know the exact dates of delivery, perishable goods may be accepted within certain time frames.
Additional needs to help with this project:
-We need boxes of uniform size to make loading the trailer easier. Are you a business that uses preprinted, uniform sized boxes? Please consider a donation.
-We will also need volunteers to help us with sorting the groceries. The first date for doing this will be Saturday, June 12th starting at 11 a.m. Work will continue until all items are sorted and will take place at: New Harvest Christian Church, 3540 Seaman Road.
-Additional sorting times will be listed when available.
-Help may be needed with the mobile deliveries in the coming weeks. Dates and times will be posted as soon as they are available.
Thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers for all the extra help over the past week. Providing a bit of groceries can help ease not only a financial burden, but also help with time and stress. We are looking to bless our community, so any other suggestions on how to make this a huge blessing would be well-received.
